I’ve spent 30 years as an operational leader developing and delivering on strategy and well built plans to get strong results. I’ve learned that the silver bullet is having the ability to build talented healthy teams with the right wiring and experience while leading, motivating and leaning in together as one team to achieve success.
As a business coach, I focus on expanding the mindset and leadership skills of the owners and teams I engage with. We work together to build high performing teams with the right structure that aligns to their vision and mission with the right people and the right skills and experience to create healthy team culture and deliver outstanding results. We do the necessary work to develop healthy leadership teams who trust each other, collaborate together and hold each other accountable to win as a team!
My Style is collaborative and relationship driven, focused on building trust and commitment across the team. I drive hard to help achieve goals, but I know when to step back, give grace, and spend time lifting others up to be their very best. I have strong beliefs yet am flexible with others allowing them to bring their own person and best unique self forward. I’m highly intuitive and instinctual and I know it when I see it!
