I am an accidental entrepreneur.

My business career began in corporate intelligence & market strategy at a global telecommunications manufacturer. After a short stint an an industry analyst, I went out on my own, when a former colleague had a problem they needed help solving.

I solved that problem and the next one. The problems grew in size and complexity, and for the last 21 years I’ve been helping individuals, executives, leadership teams, and small business untangle their path to success across a range of industries, including banking, fintech, information technology, hospitality, aviation, fitness & wellness, and entertainment.

Traction, and EOS, came into my life when I was floundering running my three businesses simultaneously, and trying to cobble together a more efficient way of survival. I just kept hitting every ceiling imaginable, and mostly unable to trust or willing let go of the vine. I tried Self-Implementing, and still struggled.

When a friend of mine became an EOS Implementer, I realized this was a fantastic opportunity both for me to get a grip on my own businesses and get a better handle on helping my clients.

My greatest joy comes from watching the leaders and teams I work with break through their ceilings and chart their way to mastery.
