For over 30 years, I have served as an Executive leader for multiple small business owners and founders. Focused on leading change, turning overwhelm into alignment, and steering complexity into clarity, I love the excitement of the build-journey that comes with any entrepreneurial company. I’ve hit my all-time highs by empowering and coaching leadership teams to work together toward a vision with focus and accountability, but I have also hit ceilings time and again as complexity grows.
