I started in business in my 20s and for the past two decades, I have been serving on leadership teams striving to make an impact. I experienced some major successes and some major pains along the way. I began to think that dysfunctional teams, avoidance of accountability, and sleepless nights were normal for leaders to deal with.
Luckily, I had the opportunity to work for a company running on EOS. There, I discovered how EOS helped the organization and me produce high-performing teams and amazing team health. Ironically I was getting good sleep at night too. Now as an EOS Implementer, I am a teacher, coach, and facilitator — helping business owners and leaders like you remove barriers so you can be freer to live your very best life.
