I wouldn’t be in the amazing position I’m in now without the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
Having run my own businesses for nearly 30 years, tried all kinds of systems, read every book and employed countless consultants the discovery of EOS and our implementer changed my life.
Before we embedded the system it was the typical hamster wheel. Worry about the pipeline, feed the pipeline, win the work, get too busy, fight fires, employ new team members, some fantastic team members, some not, a high dependency on me, feeling we were running just to stay still – I’m sure you know the feeling.
After only a few months both businesses grew and flourished, sleepless nights became minimal and I had teams that genuinely loved working within the framework.
In fact the tools worked so well they enabled me to exit each business one after the other exceptionally painlessly.
EOS meant I had total confidence for one team to take over via an MBO and the other through an EOT.
I’m now excited to be showing as many owner managed businesses just how effective this system can be and to be part of their journey as they realise just how much fun turning chaos to clarity can be.
