I owned and ran a business for 15 years before I hit a ceiling and stopped growing. I was stressed and felt like the business was running me instead of me running my business. That’s when a Vistage colleague introduced me to Traction and the concepts just resonated. So, I hired an Implementer and over the next few years used EOS to define and realize my vision, strengthen my team, and triple the size of the company.
After spending more than 30 years in the industry, I successfully sold the company to pursue my passion of helping other entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses.
