I’m a Professional EOS Implementer with a background in building fast-growing entrepreneurial companies.
One of those companies, where I served as Managing Director, was recognized by AFR as the 7th fastest-growing startup in Australia.
Early in my career, I became deeply interested in the tools and disciplines that help entrepreneurial businesses grow sustainably. That curiosity led me through multiple industries — from engineering and drafting, to wholesale, distribution, technology, and professional services — and also the discovery of EOS.
As a degree-qualified engineer and hands-on business leader, I’ve experienced the highs of success and the frustrations of hitting a ceiling. Together with my co-founders, I’ve broken through many of those ceilings — and learned just how critical the right operating system is to scaling well.
