I’m passionate about entrepreneurship and the journey of building something meaningful. Over my career, I’ve worked across diverse industries — from sports and entertainment to event marketing and technology-enabled services — but I found my greatest sense of purpose leading an entrepreneurial company.
For nearly two decades, I helped grow the organization into a leader in the virtual contact center industry, providing outsourced customer experience solutions for brands like Nike, Nordstrom, and Allstate through an innovative gig-work model. As CEO, I led a turnaround that grew the business from $57 million to $140 million in revenue. With that kind of growth came the inevitable challenges — the “invisible growing pains” every entrepreneurial leader faces as their business scales.
During that time, I was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). Implementing EOS within my company was transformative — it strengthened accountability, improved discipline, aligned our leadership team, and gave us the structure we needed to execute our vision with clarity and traction.
Today, I bring that real-world experience as a CEO, operator, and growth leader to every session I facilitate. I know what it takes to scale a business, lead through change, and build a healthy, high-performing organization.
