For the past 15 years, I’ve been using EOS to help leadership teams break free from that cycle. Not just teaching the tools but guiding them through the hard, messy, human work of actually implementing them.

I learned EOS from Don Tinney, the co-founder of EOS Worldwide. But I didn’t just study it—I lived it. Used it to run my own business. Even used it with my wife to navigate our hardest year. I know firsthand that “when you work on the tool the tool works on you.”
Then I proved it. I took a role as Integrator at a startup and implemented EOS in the messy reality of a growing business. That’s when I knew—coaching leadership teams through EOS was my calling. Since 2019, I’ve served over two dozen companies like yours through over 275 full-day sessions.
