I am an experienced entrepreneur, mentor and coach who has helped hundreds of small-to-medium sized companies achieve outstanding results for over 20 years. As a founder myself of 7 companies (5 with my wife Stacey), I have experienced firsthand the joys of running a successful company and the pains of working endlessly to make companies healthy while being whipsawed by changing markets, struggling culture and/or ineffective business models. In 2002, Stacey and I co-founded Disc Nation, which we led together for 12 years, teaching me much about the challenges of establishing work/life balance and the “organizational dynamics” of leading a family business.
Before Disc Nation, I started my first company, StoreForeward, Inc., which was focused on leading massive technology and operational transformations at large organizations. Our firm led CEO and Board Directed change initiatives at companies that included: Dunkin’/Baskin Robbins, Cablevision US, KMart/Sears, Papa John’s Pizza, Micro Warehouse and other household names. Leading change and acquisition integrations directly from the top of these powerful organizations provided me with deep knowledge of how organizations truly function and how great executives get the job done.
In 2014, I founded CXO Service Co, helping companies through interim executive leadership. It was during this time when, occupying executive roles at several companies simultaneously, I was introduced to EOS. I quickly noticed that my clients using EOS were better run, more harmonious and aligned, and were achieve superior results. This experience drove me to become a Professional EOS Implementer so that I could help other companies become outstanding using these tools.
I’m is passionate to helping people, especially entrepreneurs and company leadership teams, grow, learn and change. This is demonstrated by the numerous companies I’ve mentored through volunteer programs, including EO (Entrepreneur’s Organization) Accelerator and SKU, the nation’s foremost consumer products accelerator. I’m also a long-term member of EO in Austin, TX.

I live in Austin, TX with Stacey, where I operate an office with Four EOS Session Rooms, and where other local Implementers are likely to be seen delivering sessions to their clients. Our adult son, Spencer is co-Manager of the Antone’s Record Chain in Austin, and our Daughter, Marley, works as a Registered Dietitian in New York City.
