Just a few years out of college, I did something everyone told me was crazy! I walked away from a great job and co-founded a software company. Our team “bootstrapped” to $2 million dollars in revenue, a dozen employees, and was acquired in year three by a public company. This launched me into sales, marketing and operations leadership at a few big companies over the next two decades.
Through the years, I learned that I had a “superpower” for scaling businesses. I helped the companies I was involved with to move the needle in their business, but I wanted more. I wanted to help entrepreneurs build better businesses!
My journey led me to work with thousands of small business owners where I observed most of them struggling to improve their processes, simplify their businesses, and get their leadership team on board with their vision.
And that’s when I decided that my purpose was to help small business owners build a business that they love, that brings them more freedom, and that makes a difference in the world. That’s when I decided to become an EOS Implementer®!
