About

In 2019, whilst managing our business with 100 staff across multiple locations and countries, I introduced EOS®. It helped us establish the right structure, so we could not only navigate the many ups and downs, but also scale without running ourselves to the ground, and subsequently attract a buyer. Revenue grew from $18.7M to $30.1M, and EBITDA grew from $0.3M to $5.8M.

Having seen the transformational impact of EOS® in our own business, I am now a full-time EOS Implementer®, dedicating my work to helping leaders. I have 15+ years of experience in General Management and Executive Leadership, leading high-performing teams across healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, import/export, and retail environments.

I understand the real-world challenges and emotional highs and lows of running and scaling a business. It’s not easy to get everyone truly aligned, attract and keep great people, build robust systems, and execute with discipline — day in, day out.
