How I’m wired, how I grew up, and what I’ve done for the past 20 years all shape how I show up as an EOS Implementer®, advisor, and coach.
My Kolbe score is 7-5-3-6, which is a fancy way of saying I’m wired to dig for the right information, take the time to understand how things really work, make smart changes to improve results, and stick with what works. When I’m in a session room, I’m constantly connecting dots, simplifying complexity, and helping teams turn ideas into practical action.
I’m also a fourth-generation entrepreneur. All four of my grandparents were entrepreneurs, my dad was an entrepreneur, and my mom was a schoolteacher. I grew up around small business conversations at the dinner table and have been helping entrepreneurs in one way or another my entire life. My grandparents retired from their businesses but never sold them, which gave me an early appreciation for what’s at stake when your business is your life’s work.
If you had asked 12-year-old me what I wanted to do when I grew up, I would have told you: “buy and sell companies.” For the past 20+ years, I’ve done the next best thing—helping entrepreneurs buy and sell businesses and raise capital to help them grow. Along the way, I noticed a pattern: my best clients were running on EOS®. They had stronger teams, better data, clearer strategy, and better results.
That realization, combined with my passion for helping entrepreneurs, led me to become a Professional EOS Implementer®. Today, I bring the confidence and perspective of someone who has worked with hundreds of companies, and the genuine enthusiasm of a kid doing the one thing he loves most.
