He has over 20 years of experience working in executive leadership roles in Fortune 500 and privately-owned businesses.
As a co-owner and COO, he has helped companies scale their operations to support double digit growth rates, and built high value creating leadership teams by increasing clarity and alignment on direction, creating a safe environment that enables high trust, open communication and that fosters innovation.
Andreas has been using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® in his companies since 2013. He has first-hand experience of the benefits of running a business with EOS and the challenges of running one without it.
Growing up in Germany, he now lives with his wife and twin daughters in San Francisco, CA. When he is not helping companies achieve extraordinary things, you can find Andreas enjoying the outdoors or training for his next triathlon as a member of the Golden Gate Triathlon Club. Andreas speaks German and English.
