As a Professional EOS Implementer, I help growth-oriented business owners simplify the chaos, strengthen team alignment, and build companies that scale with both clarity and purpose. My passion is helping leadership teams create organizations that are disciplined, healthy, and built to deliver stronger business results.

My leadership journey began with a four-year commitment after commissioning into the U.S. Army and evolved into a 24-year career leading high-performing teams and complex organizations in demanding, high-pressure environments. Throughout that experience, I saw firsthand how difficult it can be for leadership teams to stay aligned, maintain focus, and execute consistently amid constant noise and competing priorities. Those years taught me the value of accountability, clear communication, disciplined execution, and a shared vision — lessons that continue to shape how I help businesses today.

I was first introduced to EOS after transitioning from the military into the private sector to lead a newly acquired business that had recently implemented the system. The connection was immediate. EOS translated many of the leadership principles I had relied on throughout my career — structure, process, accountability, and aligned execution — into a practical framework for building a stronger business. Since then, I have been passionate about helping business owners and leadership teams gain traction, get real results and thrive as a team.
